Cardiac Rehabilitation

What is Cardiovascular Rehabilitation?

Cardiovascular rehabilitation is a medically supervised program designed to optimize a cardiac patient’s physical, psychological, and social functioning, in addition to stabilizing, slowing, or even reversing the progression of underlying cardiovascular disease processes, thereby reducing death and disability.

If you’ve been diagnosed with a heart-related condition, your primary physician, surgeon, and/or cardiologist may decide to prescribe a medical therapy to help strengthen your heart, reduce risk factors, with regard to the progression of cardiovascular disease, inform you about healthier lifestyle choices, and help you live the highest quality of life achievable, with focus on your overall cardiovascular health and functioning. Our staff is dedicated to helping you recover faster and more completely. Let us help you get educated on your heart health, learn how to be more active, and get on with your life as a stronger and healthier you.

OUR STAFF, IN COLLABORATION WITH OUR MEDICAL DIRECTOR, WILL WORK TO PROVIDE YOU WITH:

  • Confidence to perform daily activities and hobbies
  • Education to live a healthier lifestyle
