In our commitment to provide very good care to all of our patients, we recognize that a patient or family member, from time to time, may have a concern that they believe must be voiced. Such concerns may be expressed as suggestions, complaints or compliments. At Acadian Medical Center, we want to provide an opportunity for you to do so.

We appreciate and respect your opinion and input. For a personal interview, we have a Patient Representative available to speak with you about any aspect of your care.
